Rick Seikaly, President and Owner of Envisions Consulting, is an accomplished management and organizational consultant supporting individuals and groups in attaining higher levels of performance.

 

Through a unique blend of skilled coaching, facilitation, and group interaction, Rick helps ensure positive results for his clients. Rick has significant experience in strategy and planning, organizational development, executive coaching, leadership development, team effectiveness, and mindfulness.

Rick holds a Masters degree in Business Administration and a Bachelors degree in Political Science.  Rick is a certified coach of the Center for Creative Leadership's (CCL) 360 feedback instruments, as well as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), FIRO-B, and the Denison Cultural Survey.  He also uses the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict and the Situational Leadership Models.
